Thevenin's Theorem
Thevenin's Theorem states that any linear circuit can be replaced by a single voltage source and a series resistor connected to a load. This simplifies circuit analysis.
Steps:
- Calculate the open-circuit voltage (Vth).
- Find the equivalent resistance (Rth) by replacing voltage sources with a short circuit.
- Connect Vth and Rth to the load resistor to analyze the circuit.
